CESA has a room block reserved for attendees at the SFO Marriott Waterfront. 

Once you register to attend the Annual Conference and Training, you will receive the room reservation link to get the CESA attendee discounted rate of $229 per night. 

RESERVATION DEADLINE AND CANCELLATION
The room reservation deadline is Friday, April 11, 2025. However, rooms typically sell out early so please be sure to register for the Annual Conference and Training and make your hotel reservation as early as possible after registration opens in January.

All rooms will be reserved via credit card and will be charged a room deposit for the first night. Cancellations need to be done two days prior to the first night of your reservation or the deposit will be forfeited.
