What is CESA?
CESA is a dynamic organization of the leaders and practitioners in Preparedness, Response, Recovery, and Mitigation in California. The mission of CESA is to support and coordinate the efforts of its members concerning Federal, State and local emergency management policies; improve the professional status of its members; and provide information to members concerning legislative matters. CESA is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to the promotion of mutual support and cooperation across disciplines in preparing for natural and human caused disasters and public emergencies. CESA is comprised of emergency managers from all disciplines and levels of experience –yet we share common goals. Our strength lies in our diversity of education and knowledge. CESA Chapters
- CESA is organized into three geographic Chapters –Inland,Coastal andSouthern.
- By joining CESA, you automatically become a member of the chapter covering your area.
- Each Chapter has regularly scheduled Board meetings and holds informational seminars and training sessions throughout the year.
CESA Membership Year:
- One full year from the date joined
- Dues are not prorated
